A tool to help us focus on the good, the 21 Day Gratitude Challenge encourages us to be more aware of the things in life that make our hearts sing and feel good.
The challenge is simple. For 21 days, write down three things that you are thankful for and start a habit of cultivating more optimism, joy and positivity in our day.
Instructions to download:

Tips for families: If you plan to do it with the family, place the journal where you can easily spot it, perhaps your kitchen bench or near the fridge. Try to complete it when everyone is winding down, after dinner or when the kids are getting ready for bedtime are ideal. Make it easy and fun to engage everyone in the family to participate.
