Product Replacement/ Exchange Policy

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a product replacement or exchange.

Replacement and/or Exchange (if applicable)
As our natural products are classified as health and beauty, intimate and/or sanitary goods items, we only replace items if they are defective or damaged in its original packaging.

If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at xoxo@kissreadylips.com and we will discuss with you return options.

To be eligible for a replacement, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Photo evidence of product damage or missing components like lids or labels may also be required.

Please do not send your item back to us, unless otherwise requested.

There are certain situations where we are unable to replace a product including, but not limited to; any item not in its original condition, is damaged or its missing parts for reasons not due to our error and any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.

Should we request item/s to be returned for inspection, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also update you on your request to replace item.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Shipping
To return your product, please send us an email xoxo@kissreadylips.com to discuss shipping options and return address.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
