1. When can I expect my monthly Self Care Box?
Your monthly recurring payment will be processed thirty days after your first purchase, which will fall on the first week of the month. The Self Care Box will be packed and ready to ship within the first two weeks of payment, sometimes earlier.
Shipping is based on Australia Post's standard postage delivery schedule. For current delivery timings, please visit www.auspost.com.au
2. May I request Express Post on my delivery?

3. I would like to gift The Self Care Box. Is this possible?
Of course. On your Customer Account, update Shipping Details to reflect the recipient's name and delivery address. You may also send us an email at email@example.com and we can complete this for you.
4. Is there a commitment to stay on the subscription?
We'd love for you to stay on for at least three (3) months to really see and enjoy the benefit of our skincare range.
